Awards Writing Workshop, London, 25 March

 
After the success of last year, CSTN is once again partnering with Chris Robinson at Boost Marketing to organise an award entry writing workshop.

This will help potential entrants maximise their chances of winning. The day will concentrate on the Customer Service Training Awards, however; the information learned in the workshop will also be helpful when entering other awards.

The workshop will take place on 25 March in London. There are two sessions to choose from:

Interactive masterlcass (cost is £250 + VAT per person or £195 + VAT for CSTN members) or
